cf Cycle is finally HERE!

Dear CF Clients, The BIG NEWS is finally here – we are officially offering cf Cycle (Indoor Cycling) classes!!   We are looking to get an idea of what days and times are going to work, so check our schedule weekly for class times. We’ll continue to analyze our attendance and add classes where the demands are. These additions are based on your feedback from the survey we sent out last month.     What you need to know: You can schedule your class just as you would schedule all others.  For now, cf Cycle is included as part of our “classes”.  You can book with any class pack, single session, or unlimited monthly package. There are 15 bikes available for reservations online, so be sure to book early! You’ll choose your bike once you arrive for class. If you have SPD compatible cycling shoes, you may bring them with you to class.  Otherwise, you will want to wear durable sneakers with the laces tucked in.  We highly recommend cycling shoes though, so if you want info, ask us! Try to arrive at least 10 minutes early for class, especially if you have never taken an indoor cycling class.  We want to ensure you are set up on your bike correctly.
