We’re bringing back our popular Spring Reset, and extending it to 21 days! Let’s face the truth…the past year has presented challenges that none of us could have predicted. Our lives changed overnight, and so did our eating and fitness habits. Staying home for many meant more food, excess alcohol, and less movement. You’re not alone. We want to help, and we’re in this together! Here’s what you’ll get:

*30 minute Virtual Welcome – Monday 4/5 at 8:45am (will be recorded)
*Private Facebook GroupDaily checkin videosGrocery lists, meal suggestions
*Education – learn how foods work in your body and WHY your body reacted to changes.
*Learn how to read nutrition labels.
*Weekly Zoom call to share success stories and ask questions.Moderation.
*We believe in making changes without removing food groups. We will teach you how to portion control, and still enjoy meals you love. We’ll even allow an occasional beverage.
*Change your mindset, allowing you to continue your progress beyond the program.
*Fitness classes with us will be highly recommended, but not mandatory.
*Those that would like to attend classes can do so in person OR virtually.
*This program is for anyone needing extra motivation – feel free to share with family and friends.
