Through dynamic sequencing and attention to alignment, Vicky’s classes combine both the rejuvenating effects of Vinyasa flow as well as the soothing principles of Restorative yoga. Vicky received her 200 hour certification recognized by the Yoga Alliance in 2010, and holds various yoga certifications focused on expecting mothers, young adults and seniors. Since then she has taught in office spaces, the YMCA, The Spence School, yoga studios across NYC, as well as senior citizen centers. In Vicky’s classes you are invited to experience the mind-body connection by bringing awareness to your breath and movement. She believes this methodology will empower you in your own body.
